Warranty Terms

Applicability of Warranty: This warranty is only applicable to products sold directly through our website.

1 Year	Hygienic Showers
2 Years	Taps and Showers

The above durations are valid for the specified products, counted from the date of delivery thereof. Products used in collective or external environments have a limited warranty of 3 months ( applicable to products with a warranty longer than 3 months ), in accordance with current legislation.

Warranty Process: In case of defect, the customer must send photos or videos for technical analysis. If necessary, the product must be sent back for physical evaluation, with an analysis period of up to 3 business days, in addition to shipping. Plante Empório covers all logistical costs for return and reshipment during the warranty period.

Warranty Exclusions: The following are not covered by the warranty:

• Products installed outside Brazil.
• Damage due to improper installation, improper use, accidents or presence of foreign materials.
• Changes to the product by the consumer, such as repainting or structural modifications.
• Damage due to incorrect cleaning with abrasive or corrosive products.

Warranty Process Start: To activate the warranty, the order number or buyer's details are required. Planet Empório does not install or uninstall products.
