Warranty Terms

Applicability of the Warranty: This warranty is only applicable to products sold directly through our website.

Duration of the Guarantee for Metals: This guarantee is valid for 2 years , counting from the date of delivery of the product. Products used in collective or external environments have a limited warranty of 3 months, in accordance with current legislation.

Duration of Warranty for Rattan: This warranty is valid for 60 days , counting from the date of delivery of the product.

Warranty Process: In case of a defect, the customer must send photos or videos for technical analysis. If necessary, the product must be sent back for physical evaluation, with an analysis period of up to 3 business days, in addition to transportation. Plante Empório covers all logistical costs of return and reshipment during the warranty.

Warranty Exclusions: The following are not covered by the warranty:

• Products installed outside Brazil.
• Damage due to improper installation, improper use, accidents or the presence of foreign materials.
• Changes to the product by the consumer, such as repainting or structural modifications.
• Damage due to incorrect cleaning with abrasive or corrosive products.

Start of the Warranty Process: To activate the warranty, the order number or buyer details are required. Plante Empório does not install or uninstall products.
