How do I track my order?

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Our commitment is to deliver your product within 14 to 28 business days. It is important to note that if customs delays occur and the order is held in Brazil, the release time is not counted towards the delivery time. Please note that the delivery time to any location in Brazil varies from 20 to 90 days after payment confirmation, however, our commitment is, as stated, to deliver your product between 14 and 28 business days.

NOTE: The information "Product in Brazil" guarantees delivery within 15 business days.

Can I request an exchange for a product if I am not satisfied?
